Season, spice and bake your way through this holiday-inspired course.  Celebrate a baked ham roast and all its glory, beginning with a perfectly paired side dish: a cheesy broccoli casserole topped with crunchy corn flakes.  Each young chef will then pan sear juicy slices of ham in a succulent pineapple, clove and cherry glaze.  After a few bites of their delicious holiday dishes, each chef will finish the class by decorating their own blondie cupcakes: topped and decorated with hand-piped vanilla frosting.  It's a seamlessly sweet holiday meal for your talented young chef! Her family has owned and operated restaurants, as well as a catering business, for 25 years, and Isabelle grew up learning the ins and outs of the industry and culinary arts.
