This week we will travel to Italy where we learn how to make our own Pizza. Flour, water, salt and yeast never tasted so good! Join us as we transform these four simple ingredients into some amazing pizza. You'll learn how to knead perfect dough by hand, then roll it into shape and create your own various and unusual types of Pizza like pesto and potato. Buon appetito! This is a hands-on class.
