Join Chef de Cuisine Michael Ridell at our weekly Porta Blu Cooking Series for a variety of fun classes, tips and tricks to enhance your culinary journey or just to have fun. This week we will make the BBQ the star of the summer with steak and tomatoes. This summer fruit can be used in a variety of uses. We will grill, smoke and roast this beautiful fruit and create a variety of flavors to go with your summer BBQ. Chef will also educate on tomato varietals as well as easy home growing tips and techniques. This is a hands-on class. Wine will be served Space is limited and reservations are required. $25 per person.
