A Our professional wedding coordinator can guide you through the event planning process. However, if you wish to hire a private planner for your event, we are happy to partner with them to ensure a seamless wedding day.
A Yes, however we recommend that you consider using the professionals on our Preferred Vendors List. We have worked with them and ensure they offer quality, value and great customer service.
A We want to make sure you have plenty of time to include all the traditions that are an important part of your celebration. A ceremony and reception includes six hours of event time while a reception-only event includes five hours. Should you wish to extend the time, fees may apply.
A We want your vendors to have plenty of time to prepare for your event, so we guarantee 2 hours of set-up time. 
A Our large hotel parking lot can accommodate up to 300 vehicles. There is also some street parking nearby and we can recommend a valet service if you like.
A We are happy to recommend an outside vendor for convenient shuttle service.
A We don't require you to have insurance to hold an event here however, we do recommend that all of your vendors are licensed and insured. We can recommend a company if you would like information on personal wedding insurance.
